The Nigeria Leadership Initiative’s second volume of White Papers explored some of the critical issues, demonstrating the urgent need for action and proffering practical suggestions on steps to be taken.

This panel discussion brings together some of the authors of NLI’s White Papers with tax policy experts to discuss the key issues as they relate to Nigeria and the wider continent.

The chairperson was Richard Fuller MP, Vice-Chair of the Nigeria All Party Parliamentary Group. Some of the Speakers were Ken Igbokwe, Regional Senior Partner, PwC West Africa; Alhaji M. L Abubakar, Secretary, Nigeria’s Joint Tax Board; Emma Seery, Head of Development Finance and Public Services, Oxfam GB (TBC).
