Before his move to PwC Nigeria in November 2009, Farouk worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK (London and Birmingham) and USA (Houston, Texas) where he specialized in Industrial Products and Oil and Gas transaction services work. Farouk is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has a First class degree in Materials Technology from the University of Northampton, UK and an MSc (Distinction) in Clean Technology (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
