Ifeoma Monye is the Associate Partner, Ciuci Consulting, Ifeoma Monye is a business operations specialist with 13 years experience.  Her key knowledge areas include leadership, strategy, business improvement, turnaround management, operations, wealth management, project and programme management. She is the Associate Partner, Ciuci Consulting, a strategy and consumer intelligence company.  She is responsible for the entire business operations and is the lead project manager in the UK and Nigeria offices. As a certified project and programme manager she has successfully planned and managed projects in the UK, US and Nigeria. Her prior engagements include head business strategy at Minaj Group; a senior strategy consultant role at Ashford & McGuire Consulting; a senior management role at Vigeo Capital; and Vice President, Operations MBI Africa, Inc. New York, US. Ifeoma is on the executive board of International Women’s Society, Nigeria; a member of the American Management Association; Associate Fellow, Nigeria Leadership Initiative; Director of the Ethnic Broadcasters of America; and member, Women in Management and Business (WIMBZ).  She has a degree in Economics and Politics (Hons) from the University of Essex, UK and is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program and Key Executive program.  She is passionate about leadership development and empowerment, especially among the youth and women in the corporate world.
