Kemi Ajayi is the Chief Operating Officer of Banwo & Ighodalo,Law Firm, where she has worked for over 13 years. Banwo & Ighodalo is a leading multidisciplinary law firm in Nigeria with specialization in capital markets, corporate, securities and finance, energy, oil, gas and power, commercial litigation and arbitration, maritime, aviation and international trade, and intellectual property. Kemi is an Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; Associate Member of the Association of Legal Administrators, USA; Associate Fellow of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative; and also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She recently completed studies for a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Manchester Business School. Kemi is versatile, creative and has enjoyed a career in law firm leadership. She has seasoned management experience in high-pressure and large-scale environments; strong organizational and communication skills; effective collaborator and consensus builder; ability to leverage internal and external resources. She is passionate about helping people and ensuring continuous improvement. She enjoys fish farming and travelling.
