Reginald is a Partner in Aluko & Oyebode, one of Nigeria's largest law firms. He focuses on finance, energy and infrastructure, and has advised sponsors, lenders, issuers, underwriters and borrowers in a number of transactions involving LNG plants, oil fields, telecommunications infrastructure, shopping malls, cement plants, and steel mills. Over the years, he has advised a blue chip clientele base including ExxonMobil, Halliburton, Total, BP, Trafigura, Glencore, Visa, Facebook, Apple, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., Deutsche Bank AG, Calyon, Goldman Sachs International, etc.He was ranked by IFLR 1000 (The Guide to the World's Leading Financial Law Firms) as a Leading Lawyer and described as: "…a well-established name in the market… definitely on the ball, a very safe pair of hands, and excellent legal work with a view for commercial issues."Reginald graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with a Bachelor's degree in Law. He attended the Nigerian Law School and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar. He subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University College London. He is a recipient of Shell's undergraduate and Devon Energy's postgraduate scholarship awards. He has attended previous trainings and seminars on Leadership including the NLI Future Leaders Seminar 2008, and the Law Firm Leadership Program 2014 by David B. Wilkins - Lester Kissel Professor of Law, Harvard Law School.He volunteers for several charitable causes and believes that poverty is not a function of scarcity of resources but that of distribution.
