Ibrahim is a self-driven Senior Operations Manager and leader with 22 years quality work experience in the Oil & Gas industry and a major player in the downstream sector that helps in Business Operations. He is a graduate of Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University and holds an MBA from the prestigious Bayero University Kano, a Quality Assurance, leadership student with a focus on conflict resolution.He is an auditor and a certified manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from the American Society of Quality. Ibrahim excels in a fast-pace challenging environment and possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills. He has in-depth knowledge about Service Delivery Supply chain. He has a passion for Excellence by utilizing excellent leadership skills, improving operational efficiencies with optimal use of available resources.He has successfully set up and restructured many retail outlets, recruitment of employees, trainings and the full operations of the depots like the construction and commissioning of LPG plants at Lagos and Abuja. Being an exceptional leader who takes pride in impacting the lives of his subordinates and peers, he draws his strength from being a visionary leader who distinguishes him from others. He championed many process improvement initiates that helped in many areas of the organization like the reducing the order to deliver time by automating various customer facing processes, staff welfare in terms of rewards, compensations & recognition.He now provides advisory services to many Oil & Gas companies in particular areas with Logistics; Retail branch setup, Training, Recruitment, Inspections & Audits, conflict management.
